Clean room, friendly staff, and a great location made my stay enjoyable. I appreciated the comfortable bed which helped me sleep well, and the efficient free airport shuttle made traveling stress-free....  

We had a fantastic time at this hotel! The kids loved the pool area, and the splash zone kept them entertained for hours. Just keep an eye on the extra fees for parking and breakfast, but overall, it was a perfect getaway! 🌊

Great hotel, efficient staff.

This hotel had a great location, just about a 10-minute drive to O'Hare airport. The King Room was spacious and clean, with good amenities. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were lacking. The staff were friendly and attentive, which I appreciated. The shuttle service made getting around easy, particularly to the nearby convention center. However, parking fees felt excessive, especially when compared to other hotels. I was disappointed by the breakfast offerings. they were not complimentary and had limited options. While the outdoor pool area looked nice, I noticed it wasn’t as clean as it could be, likely due to other guests. Overall, I enjoyed my time, but a few adjustments could elevate the stay significantly.

The stay showcased some highlights, like the delicious breakfast featuring organic fruits and the fantastic cleanliness of the room. The staff's warm service added to the overall experience, making it feel welcoming and friendly. However, the breakfast service was noticeably slow, resulting in frustration during the rush. Also, the checkout process was poorly managed, contrasting sharply with the stellar check-in experience. While the room was nice, these service issues diminished the overall enjoyment.

We really enjoyed the indoor pool that was perfect for splashing around with the kids. Plus, the friendly staff made our check-in a breeze, even offering an early check-in when we arrived ahead of time. It felt like...

I had to book last minute and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the bed was comfy, which was a huge win after a long day. The breakfast was delish and totally worth it. Just wish the WiFi was a bit faster, but it was a solid stay overall!

This was just a nice choice for a little getaway in Des Plaines with value for money. I enjoyed a hot shower after a long travel day, which helped me unwind. I'd recommend checking if breakfast is included for your stay.
